Initiate a Request
Contact our customer support team via the official portal within 30 days of delivery to provide your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the specific return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the device in its original packaging including all accessories and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
Upon receipt at our warehouse, our technicians will inspect the unit, and your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
